Heavy on the whimsical nostalgia with this one. Like many millennials, I grew up watching the cartoon Madeline. I always admired her curious, outgoing, mischievous personality and adopted the theme song as my own because well, you know… the name. This catchphrase lives rent free in my brain, and since posting about this butter dish, I’ve come to realise it continues to live on in so many of your daily lives. I imagine this butter dish living out it’s life on a lovely dining table, amidst the daily chaos of someone’s lively family life; just a sweet little butter dish with it’s quiet, wholesome reminder that we love our bread, we love our butter, but most of all… we love eachother. How dreamy?!
